Peter is a Partner and focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial law. He represents clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings and represents clients and trustees in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. While primarily focused on bankruptcy law, Peter also serves clients in the areas of litigation, collections, and business law.
Peter has spoken at numerous continuing education seminars for the Akron Bar Association and at the White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute, in addition to being a guest lecturer teaching Bankruptcy at The University of Akron School of Law.
Peter is a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Akron Bar Association and, in conjunction with the Stark County Bar Association, also serves on the planning committee for the annual White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute held every April in Hartville, Ohio. In 2020, Peter was appointed by the Akron Bar Association as its representative for the 2020-2024 term on the Attorney Constituent Group of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio. Peter was previously nominated to serve on the Membership Committee of the Akron Bar Association in 2018. Among his accomplishments, he was voted an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by his peers, which is reserved for attorneys under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for 10 years or less, and was bestowed upon only 2.5% of Ohio attorneys.

In addition to his professional involvement in Summit County, Peter also devotes his time to coaching youth soccer and is an active board member of the Green Soccer Association, a non-profit community-based soccer association where he has served as both the Treasurer and the Director of Girls Travel.
