Stacey is Of Counsel with the Firm and concentrates her practice on Real Estate, Business Law, and Estate Planning.

Stacey advises buyers, sellers, and investors of commercial real estate, negotiating and drafting real estate purchase agreements and guiding through the due diligence process to closing. Stacey has extensive experience counseling landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial property. Representative purchase, sales, and leasing transactions range from a 30-acre strip mall with 300,000 rentable square feet, manufacturing facilities, storage and office parks, cell towers, and nationally known big box tenants to small, locally owned tenants and clients buying their first commercial investment property.

Forming long-lasting relationships with clients, Stacey represents entrepreneurs, closely held companies, and family businesses. Stacey helps guide her business clients through legal questions and works closely with them to draft contracts and negotiate the transactions that sustain the growth of her clients’ businesses. Stacey has been counsel to contractors, banks, publishers, credit unions, manufacturers, doctors, funeral homes, service providers, restaurants, real estate management and investment companies and a wide range of other businesses.

Stacey also counsels her clients with their estate planning and probate needs.  Stacey ensures her clients are well informed so they can protect assets, provide for family members, and ensure client’s wishes are met.

An Akron native, Stacey resides in Hudson with her husband and children. She appreciates good food, whether cooking it herself or exploring new restaurants, and cherishes all that Northeast Ohio has to offer, especially enjoying Playhouse Square, sporting events, and hiking our beautiful parks.
