To our current Chapter 13 clients – The CARES Act which was enacted into law by Congress on March 27, 2020, allows our current Chapter 13 clients who had confirmed plans as of March 27, 2020 to extend the plan from the previous maximum of 5 years for a period of up to 7 years to allow for successful completion of the plan.
